Located in Sippy Downs, Atria is a leading cardiac heatlh services facility on the Sunshine Coast. Stage 1 of the project included multi health and medical tenancies over 2 levels supported by ground floor commercial tenancies. Stage 2, when constructed is anticipated to include a mixed use development of 3 levels of residential over additional ground floor commercial tenancies.
