Completed in March 2023, this newly constructed 3,500sqm community club developed by Nambour RSL / Boldbridge Group established a new and exiting benchmark for hospitality on the Sunshine Coast.  Located at Sippy Downs to support the growing adjacent populations, the project commenced with a 3 lot sub‐division followed by an DA on Lot 1 being the new Club. The design of the project sees the main facades wrapped in a continuous, curved, concave metal screen with curved cutouts at ground level which cleverly open up view lines into and out of the facility.  

Located on Ground floor, the new club contains multiple internal bars and dining and well as external offerings including a cafe and wine bar. These spaces are supported by large private function areas on Level 1.
