Located in Beerwah on the Sunshine Coast, the project will create a unique mix of both 1 and 2 bedroom units resulting in 33 Apartments supported by a managed community unit space. Designed to create efficient, well planned spaces, the external look and feel of the apartments
was developed with sensitivity to remain in keeping with the existing heritage nature of local community of Beerwah.

Originally the site was constrained by an overland flow drainage channel running through the site, however as part of the project this channel was transformed in to a feature natural landscaped water course.
