The design of the apartments allows the development to sit neatly within the existing surrounding natural bushland area and was designed to compliment the look and feel of the Yandina township

Developed on original flood affected land, the unique design also sees part of the development suspended above the natural ground level so as to maintain the necessary flood storage.
