Developed for Argus Property, and originally a 6000m² bulk hardware store, this extensive conversion project saw the original structure heavily modified to incorporate up to 18 health and medical tenancies over 3 levels  which included a GP Clinic, Pharmacy, Dental, Radiology, Day Surgery, Specialist Suites along with tertiary research facilities.

Challenged by the need to convert an industrial development to a large health facility which included extensive services upgrades, the project also included on Level 1, the development of a childcare centre incorporating a raised outdoor play area as well as rehabilitation centre incorporating a raised hydrotherapy pool.
