The Broadmeadows project comprises the development of 18 new social housing dwellings across 3 levels within the central urban area of Maroochydore. The site is owned by Kabi Kabi Aboriginal Corporation (KKAC), this project is the first of its kind for KKAC and will provide much needed accommodation for Kabi Kabi members in a central location on the Sunshine Coast
