This project saw Netanya undertake a major external redevelopment of the resort which was originally constructed it the 1980’s. The redevelopment included works to upgrade the entire façade and common areas including foyer, walkways, lifts and stairs. The works also includes a significant overhaul of the roof top terraces including the demolition of multiple unit owner historical refurbishments and the creation of uniform terraces including dining, shower and lounge areas overlooking Noosa Main Beach.

The works also included a major rework of the resort courtyard and café area connected to Hastings Street.

** This project was managed at inception and overseen by Paul as a co-owner of a previous business to Acceler. Netanya have subsequently engaged Acceler to undertake further works at the resort to complete the redevelopment.
