Located in Noosa, the Noosa Health Precinct will be the regions first dedicated cancer care and breast treatment centre servicing patients at the northern end of the Sunshine Coast. With over 3900 sqm of lettable spaces over two buildings, there are expected to be up to 9 tenancies supporting a cross section of medical uses. The works themselves also include substantial caparking (including elevated parking) to support the medical uses as well as extensive external civil works including new frontage roadworks.

Works are currently under construction and due for completion in late 2024
