Due to be completed in early 2026, and located at the entrance to the College this innovative and contemporary Music and Drama learning facility will contain specialist music areas including Band, Strings and Choral rooms as well as drama spaces such as a Black Box, dance theatre and performance spaces.

Designed to take advantage of the Sunshine Coast climate, the facility will also include an extensive outdoor covered learning area connecting the teaching and learning building to the separate multi storey main Administration building which will present itself as the new focal point of students, parent and staff entering the College.
