Completed in 2023, the SAAC Carpark and Courts project was the construction of a 100 space carpark on the location of the original the original Primary oval. So as to not reduce the area of outdoor play, the project included the construction of a carefully selected, self draining court surface on top of the carpark which is capable of fully draining less than 20mins after rainfall with sports lighting also installed.

The court surface itself has originally been marked as five netball courts however doe to the specialist soft fall surface,  the space functions as not only as as the Primary outdoor play space but also is capable of catering for a multitude of other sports.
