Located at ‘The Mill at Moreton Bay’, USC’s Foundation Building was the first, and leading catalyst development in Moreton Bay Council’s priority development area.

Consisting of 3 levels of tertiary education and research facilities, the 14,500m² GFA building includes incorporates lecture theatres, laboratories, library and administration facilities which are supported by extensive external civil works including central ‘campus’ spine leading through the  precinct to the adjacent train station.

** Engaged by USC for Superintendent services, Paul acted as Project Director as a co-owner of a previous business to Acceler.
