The redevelopment of the Wynnum Manly Leagues Club resulted in a major overhaul to the majority of the facility and resulted in a completely new public and member interface which included new entry drop off porte cochere , café and dining facilities and gaming room.

The works also included major civil works required to reconstruct an expanded carpark at the front of the Club. These were complicated due an two existing creeks converging on the site requiring new flood channels and bridges to be constructed. The works also included shifting the existing primary league playing field to accommodate the works.
