Commencing in early 2014 and completed in November 2017, the concept behind the Youi  project, located in Sippy Downs on the Sunshine Coast, was to create a defined Australian headquarters capable of accommodating 1800 staff to compliment call centres across the globe.

Incorporating 3 levels of open plan, call centre style work space, the building also includes extensive training facilities as well as staff breakout and café areas, located on the upper level overlooking a vast external landscaped courtyard developed as part of the project.

The project also included extensive external civil works including a complex stormwater treatment arrangement due to the site draining into the adjacent highly environmentally sensitive lake system.
